ONE TRAY® is designed for the demands of medical device reprocessing and our commitment to the product continues long after it enters your facility.

ONE TRAY® Sealed Sterilization Containers are backed by a Manufacturer’s Lifetime Warranty, guaranteeing the container for the life of the product to be free of functional defects in workmanship and materials when used normally as recommended for its intended purpose in conjunction with ONE TRAY® filters, tamper evident locks and deck plate.

If a ONE TRAY® container is determined to be defective after normal usage, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer at the sole discretion of Innovative Sterilization Technologies. Warranty coverage is valid for the original purchaser and is subject to the requirements and exclusions outlined in the ONE TRAY® Instructions for Use.

Proper care helps protect both the performance of your ONE TRAY® containers and your investment. Containers should be inspected before each use, reprocessed according to the ONE TRAY® IFU, and repaired only by IST-trained technicians. The useful life of each container depends on factors including how it is used, the duration of use and handling between uses, making careful inspection the best method for determining the end of serviceable life.
