Before EZ-TRAX™ and ONE TRAY®, trying to get at least 30 total joints done in a week was a real struggle. Our limited washer space and our limited sterilizer space made it very difficult to turn sets over. The efficiency of the EZ-TRAX™ ONE TRAY® system has made our efficiency so much better. It has made our processing lives easier.

A typical total knee was eight or nine trays. Now we're doing total knees with two ONE TRAY® containers. Today we did nine total knees with four total knee sets. They just get processed all day.

We used to be able to do three or four cases a day. We've gone from eight trays down to three trays. That's about $500 per case just in sterilization. We can turn the rooms over much more rapidly with EZ-TRAX™ and ONE TRAY®.

Everything was set, and then the case was delayed four or five hours because of holes in the wraps. The visitors who came to watch the surgery had to leave. As far as I'm concerned, it just doesn't make sense to me. I don't see a reason why anybody would use anything different than ONE TRAY®.

The EZ-TRAX™ trays make me look like a hero. My reps love that it saves them time during case setup. Surgical techs save time with one- or two-tray arthroplasty setups. Bottom line, it was my ticket to save time, save money, and improve workflow.
